a. Take 500g of washed Basmathi rice with sufficient water, 1 cup of ghee/vanaspathi, cut vegetables (beans, potatoes, carrot, green chilli pieces), roasted cashew, 50g of Priya Biryani Masala Powder and required salt into pressure cooker/electronic rice cooker.
b. Mix the content, close the lid and bake till rice cooks. After completion of baking, mix once and serve hot.
Optional:
For better taste add few fresh coriander and mint leaves in the rice. |
