a. Mix 1 tablespoon of Priya Tamarind Paste with 20g (1 ½ tablespoon) of Priya Fish Masala Powder, add required salt, sufficient water and make the paste.
b. Apply this paste on 500g Fish pieces and keep aside for 15 minutes.
c. Fry 2 chopped onions and each 1 tablespoon of Ginger paste, Garlic paste in 2 tsp. of Edible oil till golden brown colour. Add sufficient water, bring it to boil, add Fish pieces and continue to cook till pieces are cooked. Serve hot. |
