Directions for use
a . Take 500g of vegetables, required salt and 2-3 tsp. of Priya Madras Curry Powder, mix well and keep aside for 15 minutes.
b . Fry 2 chopped onions and green chillies, in Edible oil till crisp. Add 3-4 tsp. of butter/ghee.
c . Mix the contents of (1) with (2) and little quantity of water/coconut milk. Continue cooking on low flame till the pieces are cooked. Serve hot.
Optional: For better taste add few coriander leaves and mint leaves.
