Tandoori Masala Powder
The most popular starter among all non-vegetarians is surely the roasted chicken or the Tandoori chicken (mostly breasts and the leg pieces). People generally go to hotels and restaurants to savor this because of the long and cumbersome process involved in the making of this dish. The taste of Tandoori chicken mostly depends on the masala that you make. You need to know more than 15 items and their quantities that make the masala mix, and above all, know the right procedure to prepare the masala powder. Now leave all the hardships to Priya. With Priya Tandoori Masala Powder, you can make your favourite Tandoori Chicken at home.
Just add 4 tsp. of Priya Tandoori Chicken Masala to the preparation and have a great tasting side dish or any other Tandoori item that you wish to have.
PRIYA RECOMMENDED RECIPE:
1. With a sharp knife make 1kg fine slitting pieces of chicken legs and breast .
2. Mix each add 2 tsp. of ginger paste and garlic paste, 4 tsp. of Priya Tandoori Masala, 6tbsp strained    (thick) curd. Marinate cut chicken with mixture. Keep aside for atleast 2hrs. If required add salt to taste.
3. Apply 2 tsp. molten butter on the marinated chicken and roast till well done.
This masala can use all tandoori preparations.
